Hot Books Blog Hop - Giveaway

Hi everyone, and welcome to the Hot Books Blog Hop! RNSL Nite Lite is hosting our very first blog hop and it is an 18+ hop. With Valentine's Day right around the corner, we figured we'd give you something to warm the bed at night.

This hop runs from Feb 3-10, 2012 and signups for it will remain OPEN during the duration of the hop. We'd like to give everyone the chance to participate and are allowing signups even after the hop starts. So please tell your friends.

Up for grabs are some awesome, but slightly risqué YA books. I will pick two winners, and those winners each get to choose a book!

Ondine and The Autumn Palace by Ebony McKenna: So, a handsome prince is transformed into a ferret, and when that happens, his clothes tend to get (in)conveniently left behind...

R.A. Nelson's Throat: Don't worry, this isn't Twilight... Emma could rip Bella a new one--not that she would want to. She's a good girl, just a little... troubled.

Swoon and Swear by Nina Malkin: These are definitely not for most mainstream YA readers. Have a box of chocolates and a cold shower handy for these titillating paranormal romances.

R.A. Nelson's Days of Little Texas: Little Texas is an evangelical preacher, a boy-wonder--but still, underneath it all, a real boy with a ghostly crush. There are a few scenes to really make you blush!

Please take care as you hop to the other blogs on the hop--the ones marked 18 are adult/mature blogs, but the ones without it are family-friendly. If you are signing up your blog and have books or images that could be considered "steamy", please make sure you put (18) on your blog hop link when you add it below. Have fun hopping!

  5. Woo! I love hot books. Hot YA is so hard to find though, I feel like the field is dominated by the prude mafia. Vampire Academy is pretty hot. WAKE was hot. That's about it.

  10. I actually don't have any but my daughter is reading a lot of them right now. I'm entering to win Swoon/Swear for her. She's finishing Mrs. Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children right now and is into books like Wake, Fade, Hunger Games series and is getting ready to read the Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare.

  12. Hot and YA are completely subjective in my mind. However for these purposes I am going with Going too Far by Jennifer Echols. That can be followed by Anna and the French Kiss. There a couple of scenes in there that I would definitely classify as hot.

  13. I guess if I had to classify by hot YA, I would go with Untraceable by s.R. Johannes. Most of my YA is not exactly hot since I have to be able to read them in the classroom!

  14. Hmmm... I have a few steamy adults but I guess the steamiest YA would have to be "Nightshade" and "Wolfsbane".

  15. Some of the Vampire Academy books can get pretty steamy. I'd also say that Lisa Desrochers' Personal Demons series is pretty hot.

    Thanks for the giveaway!

  17. The hottest YA book on my shelf would probably have to be Unnatural by Michael Griffo. I personally have not read it yet, but I have heard and read things that lead me to believe that this book will definitely be very very "interesting". ;)

  19. I've never read a hot YA novel before really. I've read some steamy romance but it's never been geared towards teens. I guess I'd have to say Twilight because that is seriously the hottest thing on my shelf. I think I need to rectify this pronto!

  20. I'm going to say Darkride by Laura Bradley Rede...though I haven't read it yet. But it sounds like a good one!

  21. I'm not so sure what ones are YA so I am just going to say the house of night books.

  22. I don't know if you can consider this book hot, but this is one of my fav. books The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer by Michelle Hodkin.
